Texas-Compliant Restrictions, Terms & Service Conditions

1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Texas Lads Duct Cleaning is committed to customer satisfaction. If a concern arises regarding completed services, the customer must allow Texas Lads to return to the property for an on-site inspection.
- If access for inspection is denied, the satisfaction guarantee does not apply.
- If inspection confirms services were performed incorrectly or below company standards, Texas Lads may provide corrective service or issue a partial refund for the affected portion, consistent with the written service agreement and applicable Texas law.
Limitations:
This guarantee applies only to services performed by Texas Lads technicians. It does not cover pre-existing damage, structural defects, HVAC design limitations, manufacturer defects, equipment malfunctions, or unrelated conditions.
2. Service Packages & Offers
Service names such as Air Duct Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Premium Package, or similar designations are official Texas Lads service titles.
- Service packages may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
- Current package details are explained at booking.
- Written or electronic confirmation may be provided upon request.
- Technicians may recommend additional services based on inspection findings, but no additional services will be performed without customer approval.
3. Promotions, Discounts & Advertised Specials
Promotions, coupons, and special offers may include restrictions and expiration dates.
- Promotions are valid only during the advertised period.
- Any promotion scheduled during its valid timeframe will be honored.
- Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated in writing.
4. Additional Services
Additional services are not included in the original booking unless specified.
- Recommendations may be made on-site based on system condition, contamination level, or accessibility.
- No additional service — free or paid — will be performed without written or electronic approval from the customer or authorized representative.
5. Payment Terms & Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, trip, late payment, or declined payment fees will be disclosed before service and outlined in the service agreement or confirmation notice.
6. Estimates vs. Final Pricing
Prices provided by phone, website, advertisement, or text message are estimates only.
Final pricing may vary based on:
- System size and layout
- Accessibility
- Level of contamination or buildup
- Number of vents/returns
- Approved additional services
All final pricing will be reviewed and approved before work begins.
7. Scheduling & Arrival Windows
Appointments are subject to technician availability.
- Preferred time windows are not guaranteed.
- Arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior job conditions, weather, or unforeseen delays.
- Appointments may be rescheduled if necessary.
8. Property Access & Safety
Customers must provide safe and clear access to service areas.
Texas Lads reserves the right to postpone or refuse service if unsafe or hazardous conditions exist, including:
- Aggressive pets
- Structural hazards
- Unsafe attic/crawlspace conditions
- Environmental or health hazards
9. Communication & Notifications
Service confirmations, reminders, and updates may be sent via phone call, text message, or email.
Texas Lads is not responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect or outdated customer contact information.
10. Service Results Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on system condition, prior maintenance, accessibility, and structural limitations.
- Complete removal of all dust, debris, mold, or odors is not guaranteed.
- Services may improve airflow and indoor air quality but do not guarantee medical or health outcomes.
Texas Lads does not provide mold remediation, medical advice, or environmental certification unless specifically licensed and contracted to do so.
11. Customer Property & Belongings
Customers are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, electronics, artwork, and personal belongings before service.
Texas Lads is not responsible for damage to unsecured or improperly stored items.
12. Pre-Existing Conditions
Texas Lads is not responsible for issues arising from:
- Pre-existing system damage
- Improper HVAC installation
- Lack of maintenance
- Duct deterioration or collapse
- Mold growth beyond scope of service
13. Third-Party Work Disclaimer
Texas Lads is not responsible for damage, system failures, or performance issues caused by prior contractors, manufacturers, builders, or other third parties.
14. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Service may be refused or discontinued if:
- Unsafe working conditions exist
- Technicians are subjected to harassment, threats, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Payment terms are violated
15. Weather & Uncontrollable Events
Service may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled due to severe weather, emergencies, supply shortages, traffic disruptions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
16. Force Majeure
Texas Lads is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to natural disasters, power outages, labor disruptions, governmental actions, public emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable control.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, Texas Lads Duct Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages beyond the scope of services performed.
Nothing in this agreement limits consumer rights provided under Texas state law.
18. Photos & Documentation
Technicians may take before-and-after photos for documentation, quality control, and training purposes with customer consent.
Photos will not be publicly shared without written permission.
19. Service Area & Travel Charges
Additional travel or trip charges may apply outside the standard Texas service area.
Services are provided only within areas where Texas Lads operates.
20. Technicians & Training
All technicians are trained according to company standards and recognized industry best practices for air duct and dryer vent cleaning.
21. Insurance Coverage
Texas Lads Duct Cleaning maintains:
- Workers’ Compensation coverage as required by Texas law (where applicable)
- General Liability Insurance for on-site services
Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.
